The accommodation includes 9 classrooms, sensory and multi sensory spaces, special, specialist rooms, multi purpose hall and external amphitheatre. Grayling Thomas Architects produced feasibility design and costed options, CIF Bid advice and success of achieving £5.5 Million funding for the building, Planning Approval and Discharge of Planning Conditions, Building Regulation Approval, Project Management and Contract Administration of the build on site.
