Grayling Thomas Architects were pleased to deliver 2 social housing units and 4 market rental units by Modplan on the Council's own sites. The 4 house site takes the form of a housing terrace which has outdoor amenity space at first floor level with parking below. The homes are finished in textured brickwork under a sloping zinc roof which has assisted in increasing the energy efficiency of the homes so that they are equivalent to Code Level 4 for sustainable homes.
