An unused dilapidated building was transformed into the Message Entreprise Centre: a training centre for young people, who are otherwise kicked out of the system, due to behavioural issues or problems. The entire building was stripped back to work with the existing steel frame. Under which a large internal street was created, which doubles up as a space for events and conferences. The building now includes a training kitchen serving a new cafe, sub-lettable offices, a hair and beauty salon, flexible training rooms.
