Full Planning Permission secured November 2010 for 100 space sub-terranean car park, approx 5000 sqm high street retail units and 93 residential apartments with screened roof terraced garden areas. Extensive community consultation via public presentation forums, statutory consultees and local resident's associations. Acted as project manager, lead consultant and coordinator.
