The proposed spa is situated within the grounds of Washbourne Court Hotel in the village of Lower Slaughter. The facilities provided on the ground floor will include: changing rooms, gymnasium, studio/ treatment rooms, indoor pool, steam rooms, relaxation terraces and an enclosed courtyard housing the reception and light bite areas. Second floor accommodation will include additional treatment rooms, relaxation rooms and a roof top relaxation garden. Both the Ground and First Floor layouts have been designed to keep to a minimum any intrusion of privacy to neighbouring properties and gardens. Areas of the Spa used by guests for relaxation purpose have been orientated to take advantage of the rural views over the surrounding countryside.
