Providing a full service to Barclays Capital clients including; - - Active involvement in strategic planning/ premises solutions for the trading and infrastructure floors. - Engagement with and support of Global Workplace Standards (GWS) and the Strategic Portfolio Planning initiatives. - Assistance with various full architectural schemes on behalf of Barcap at all levels from conceptual feasibilities through to coordinating delivery with CRES Major Projects and managing other consultants. - Conceptual feasibilities for budget approval. - Portfolio Management by liaising with all regional COO's and CRES Heads to ensure up-to-date information within WebCRE - Provide "policing" of all CRES BAU activity to ensure Statutory and H&S compliance with Barcap standards generally. - Document control service for all Engineering Services Records. - Document control service for all I.T Services Records (Voice & data) on an ongoing basis. - Management of all Autocad layering/blocking/object and File naming conventions maintained within WebCRE. - Pro-active dialogue with The District Surveyor, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Statutory Approvals for London Campus. - Lead Champion for CRES workstream looking into diversity. - Provided and continue to enhance guidelines for the following; 1. Good Design Guidelines 2. Good House Keeping Guide 3. Rules of the Road for Diversity / Inclusion
