This Arts and Crafts house is set beside a brook in extensive grounds in the heart of the New Forest. GHK were asked to remodel and extend the house to provide a large family room/kitchen, together with an additional bedroom suite. Existing accommodation was to be rationalised to open up the ground floor and provide en-suites to the bedrooms. Externally, the roof was remodelled to incorporate an earlier large flat-roofed dormer in order to restore the architectural integrity of the original design.
