Located in a typical Kensington mansion block, the original layout and decorative style of this top floor apartment reflected its Edwardian origins. The works comprised the complete re-planning and remodelling of the interior to achieve a New York style loft effect. The layout was reconfigured to provide a large open plan living space with the kitchen enclosed by glazed steel screens and doors to meet fire regulations. Plaster and heavily moulded cornicing was stripped from a number of areas to reveal the original structural brickwork.
