Located in the lower ground floor of a Victorian mansion block, the interior has been remodelled to create Latitude London’s new headquarters. A contemporary boutique office in the heart of Marylebone, the space has been re-structured to create an open-plan space for a growing workforce. Much of the buildings existing fabric – chimney breasts, brick piers and coal vaults – have been rationalised to optimise the space. A considered pallet of materials and exposed structure creates a contemporary reuse of the historic Victorian townhouse. The rear of the space is equipped with a kitchen, wc and integrated storage. A staircase connects the lower ground floor with the ground floor salon.
