A small housing development designed for a brown field inner urban centre site. The site was difficult as it was within a highly developed inner urban area that was surrounded by residential housing. The project required extensive liaising with the Planning Department which resulted in a small housing development that surrounds a small courtyard. The houses provide 2-storey accommodation with large windows overlooking the landscaped courtyard. The scheme provides modern housing in an older urban area that is nestled in it's own landscaped oasis.
