The project was to refurbish an existing building for a local orthodontic practice. The building, a previous restaurant, required extensive works that had to be cognizant of the regulations pertinent to a health sector facility. The clients required surgeries, office accommodation, laboratory space, storage as well as ancillary surgeries. The clients wanted the building to open, bright and with as much natural light as possible. The finished building is light, bright and offers the space required for a large and growing practice.
