Ambitious development of a site that lay vacant for over 30 years comprising 54 new homes, learning centre, crèche and 7 workspace units. The brief was to design an iconic, fully accessible, safe and inviting development which celebrates diversity and heritage of its residents and users. Junction 3 achieved level 3 Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM Very Good for the learning centre. Awards include: Silver Building for Life Award, RTPI Planning Excellence 2015, RICS Award 2015, Bristol Civic Society Environmental Award, What House Award ‘Best Mixed Use Development’ and SW Insider Property Awards ‘Residential Development of the Year’.
