Achieves the first ever BREEAM Outstanding rating for an industrial building in the South West. This state of the art resource is built for the community to complement other local facilities. The project forms part of the Knowle West Regeneration Framework. gcp were appointed as construction stage architect by Midas Construction for Bristol City Council. The building comprises: new build workshops, incubation units, offices and a flexible workhub space. This development has already earned numerous environmental accolades and was a finalist for BREEAM’s People’s Choice Awards as one of the highest-scoring environmentally friendly buildings across Europe.
