A radical transformation to Bristol Water HQ to create a modern working environment. Designed in phases including insulated over cladding, the completion of an extension building provided additional office space to allow phased internal refurbishment to be carried out whilst the building was in full occupation. The final plans include a newly formed and fitted computer suite and a new deli atrium formed by roofing over a light well at the heart of the original plan. The building was completely re-serviced with a new HV power supply, transformer and generator and will achieve a BREEAM office refurbishment ‘very good’ rating.
