St. Philips Point is a triangular plan tall office building with a prow facing Cathedral Green. It is iconic in its location within Birmingham, but was in need of a new strategy to ensure it continued to be desirable amongst more modern developments. A new transparency was needed here and our work included new glazing and canopy to the entire entrance area. We then worked to develop an appropriate design ethos internally – a more welcoming visitor experience borne out of a careful selection of limited high quality materials. The project was designed and delivered by a bespoke team who were able to draw from our extensive archives of similar projects completed throughout the UK over the last 20 years.
