The spa town of Malvern has long been a target location for Audley, who finally secured the opportunity to develop a site owned by Malvern College near to the town centre. Our scheme creates 100 new apartments in a mix of new build and conversion, surrounding a care communal building, and set in high quality landscaping. This site was extremely challenging due to the steeply sloping topography and high number of valuable trees. The site also includes a listed building, several historic properties that require full refurbishment and unstable retaining walls to a major highway that require repair.
