The Full refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Former Public Record Office to form an 18,000 sq m Library and Information Services Centre, including a café facility, training rooms, staff offices and rare books department. Gaunt Francis were awarded the City Heritage Award 2003 for their work at The Maughan Library.
