Crossrail/LUL’s alterations to the famous pool plaza (for the construction of the new Tottenham Court Road tube station) has necessitated the closure of the existing main entrance to Centre Point for a defined period. Gaunt Francis were commissioned to design a new entrance “Pavilion” which will essentially provide a point of entry for the Centre Point tower complex, and act as a reference point and signal from the street approach.
