CAT ‘A’ refurbishment of a 1960’s office building in Bloomsbury. The project involves recladding of the existing concrete frame, new extensions, remodelling of the entrance hall, r and Cat A+ fit out of the 2,000sqm of office space on on a ‘plug & play’ basis with finishes, partitioning and tea points and freestanding furniture. Works include new HVAC renovation of toilets and new showers. Office areas are designed with exposed services and concrete structural features.
