Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed mixed use restaurant/ hotel building in the heart of Covent Garden. The circa 1,600sqm project involves partial demolition and rebuilding, with a new rear extension, new roof extension, insertion of new staircase and lift for the hotel, refurbishment of the basement and ground floor to a white box finish for leasing as a restaurant. Hotel areas are designed with exposed M&E Services and exposed brickwork to interior elevations. A new restaurant terrace will be created at roof level with lift access from the ground floor.
