Gardner Partnership is a vibrant, professional practice of Architects and Surveyors based in London, England. We are a mature business having been established in 1984 and specialise in residential housing design and development and act for a range of Public Sector , Private, Commercial and International Clients. Our scope ranges from feasibilty proposals and obtaining approvals through to financial management and quality contol. Our architecture is contemporary where appropriate always respecting the context, enviroment and history of the location. Design and materials are chosen to create a balance between the past and future. Our services start with agreeing the client brief, concept design, techincal design, the construction phases and finish with handover and close out.
