The brief was for a full refurbishment and remodel of a Victorian Villa to include a contemporary kitchen extension, landscape design, interior design and fit-out to include design of furniture and finishes. We provided full architectural services through all RIBA work stages from initial brief development and feasibility through to design development, planning, detail design, tendering, contract administration and delivery with ongoing value engineering support. The project is a finalist for a British Homes Award 2021.
