Extensive refurbishment of a Grade II listed townhouse located in the Knightsbridge Conservation Area. The scope included lowering the Lower Ground floor, excavating a basement below the footprint of the site, adding a passenger lift, and constructing a rear extension to create a cascade of landscaped roof terraces. Working with 1508 London, we delivered a bespoke, beautiful home, with luxurious contemporary details that complement the original historic features.
