Freeman Brear Architects were asked to design a new "uncompromisingly modern" house to be built on an infill plot. Overlooking open countryside, the new eco house is sited to give privacy, with a large driveway and public area screened by a "peep through" wall. The southern facing site will enable the PV roof fuel the home, whilst the addition of a low maintenance flat green roof will add a further dimension to the house
