Award wining iconic new college library for Trinity Hall a relatively small college on a tight central site bordering the Cam and the Backs in Cambridge. The siting of the new library was a single storey gardeners' store backing directly onto the River Cam and facing the Backs. The new library houses 35,000 books and 95 readers with disabled access via a lift to all floors except the attic. The structiure is steel framed with a lot of glazing to take advantage of the views.
