New residential courtyard development and Auditorium. This project consisted of a large new building housing 61 bedsitting rooms with associated facilities, dining area, catering facilities, auditorium for 150 people, gallery and exhibition space, and car parking. Two existing Victorian villas were incorporate into the scheme, refurbished and the new insertion building constructed between and behind, housing the porters’ lodge, seminar rooms, music practice room and computer room. The new facilities are arranged around two landscaped courtyard, one with informal amphitheatre.
