The grounds of the Grade II Listed 'Pool House' were developed for housing in the 1970's, while the house itself was remodeled and divided into two dwellings. Francis Turner was commissioned in 2007 to refurbish and upgrade the house with new kitchen, bathrooms and a fully glazed garden room together with external landscaping. The garden room has a lightweight galvanized steel frame, concealed by the hardwood joinery giving very slim profiles and a very stable structure. Francis Turner designed the internal and external lighting themes to fully integrate structure and services.
