(The Old Bank) This attractive former bank building was converted and last used as offices. Having been purchased by The Light Space Group, plans were produced for the conversion of the property into x7no. high end residential apartments comprising double height spaces, split levels and mezzanine floors perfect for contemporary, open plan living so highly sought for in this present day. Forward Architecture were appointed to advise and produce detailed building control information for a two stage tender process. The works involved extensive alterations to the existing building, creating basement and mezzanine levels. Furthermore, the roof was re-designed to incorporate a mansard roof with terrace balconies overlooking Peckham Rye, East Dulwich.
