Forward Architecture were appointed to reconfigure the internal arrangement of this property to provide additional living space and bedrooms. The project based in Sydenham, London, involved inventive re-design and the addition of numerous extensions including hip to gable roof extension with a rear dormer and a single storey rear extension, all of which were unique in design and character to adhere with the mixture of architectural styles from 1900’s – 1940’s. Following a lengthy planning process, the project was a planning success and another successful project on the Forward Architecture portfolio. The home owners have now sold the property on to a new owner for a good return on their investment.
