Land Rear of Beulah Crescent, Croydon, London, CR7 (Croydon Council) We were approached to design a New Build development on a back land site with very constrained site context, yet this project sees the construction of 2 contemporary, new build houses. The design takes into consideration its surrounding context and many windows of neighbouring properties that overlook the site. Taking into consideration all the constraints a contemporary new build design providing larger than average, high end residential houses were built.
