We were approached to design a New Build development to replace the existing offices which were unoccupied and had been for some time, and provide in it’s place much needed additional family dwellings. The design approach was a completely new concept to that which was already existing. The architecture of the new build design would have to be in keeping with the local architecture however, over come over looking issues as will as the constraints that come with such a confined site. Nonetheless, our design allowed for two high end family dwellings to be built within walking distance to Green street green high street & local amenities. The proposal was a planning success and we were appointed in producing working drawings as well as over seeing the project to practical completion. This project was completed in 2018.
