Blackfen Road, Sidcup, DA15 9NP (Bexley Council) We were approached to design a new-build development to replace the existing single-storey commercial units, delivering significantly enhanced usable retail space. In addition to expanding the retail area, the proposal includes seven residential units with balconies. The design represents a clean break from the existing arrangement, introducing a contemporary new-build that offers larger-than-average, high-end apartments within a one-minute walking distance of Danson Park.
