This splendid double fronted Victorian terrace house in Stroud Green has been fully refurbished and extended, with a new three-storey rear extension and a loft extension to create a bright, spacious and flexible home for a growing family. At lower ground floor level, the property has been extended with a full-width 5.5m deep rear extension containing a new open-plan kitchen / dining / living space, utility room and WC. Large-scale glazed sliding doors open out onto a new patio space to form an adaptable and light-filled space with a direct connection to the garden. On the ground floor a garden room has been created within the rear extension with an adjacent roof terrace benefiting from the southerly aspect. Three bedrooms occupy the first floor with a master suite to the front and a family bathroom in the new extension to the rear.
