Forge Design Studio is working with Volker Fitzpatrick on the delivery of the new RFU Training Facility for the English Elite Rugby Squad at Pennyhill Park Hotel, Bagshot. Situated alongside the existing training facilities, the building will provide a new state of the art facility including an indoor 3G Artificial Pitch, Gymnasium and associated ancillary accommodation. Forge-DS have worked closely with the Contractor Team through-out the tender and design development stage. We are responsible for design co-ordination, liaison and production of all relevant construction information. Construction work has started on site and, despite challenging ground conditions and the restrictions of working in a ‘live’ hotel environment, good progress is being made. The facility is due for completion in early summer 2014.
