The proposal is a redevelopment of a long, linear site spanning between 363 Union Street and 50 Langstane Place in Aberdeen. The proposed apart-hotel will be nine storeys at its highest, comprising 95 studios and 1 bed apartments grouped around courtyards and providing 6210 m² gross internal floor area. At ground floor a café/bar with apart-hotel entrance to a first floor Reception will be accessed off Union Street with a separate retail/bar/restaurant space accessed solely off Langstane Place.
