Three new blocks of student residences for 72 people were formed along a new pedestrian street, which was created to provide a new College entrance off the public highway, linked to the heart of the existing college campus. Two blocks form the new gateway feature portal at the beginning of the new street. A third block has been formed further up the sloping site adjacent to a new management office. Each block has two flats per floor arranged in a four and five bed cluster flat arrangement with pre-fabricated en-suited single and twin bedrooms linked to a lounge/kitchen. A new timber clad management suite provides 24 hour services for the new residences. The project was delivered under a design and build contract.
