The Warwick Park house project is a full refurbishment and extension of an Edwardian house in Tunbridge Wells. The extension was carried out under permitted development and the design created a large re-modeled kitchen, dining and family area to the rear of the property. New floor to ceiling Crittall windows allow light to flow into the building and great care was taken to preserve many of the existing original features of the building including fireplaces and cornices. The rear garden was re-landscaped as part of the works along integrated with off street parking to the front of the property. The project is an excellent example of high quality design and workmanship adding value.
