The project proposes a contemporary extension to a characterful mews house positioned at the end of the mews and uniquely surrounded by garden. The design will create a generous new living space with a strong connection between the house and its landscaped setting. Conceived as a modern garden room, the extension will maximise natural light and views while providing a comfortable, practical living environment throughout the year. Large areas of glazing will allow the space to open onto the garden during summer, while carefully considered materials, insulation and environmental design will create a warm and inviting retreat during the winter months.
