Tobar Toys commissioned a packing and distribution centre to unify and enable business growth within a purpose-built facility. The design gives the client an efficient layout and form whilst delivering crisp architecture to act as a corporate face for the growing business. The design concept provides a simply detailed box for the warehouse that acts as a backdrop to the office element, which draws attention by using coloured glazing reflecting the company colours. Feilden+Mawson built upon previous experience to provide a fast track design and build programme to deliver the scheme within the first quarter of 2007.
