Feilden+Mawson were appointed in 2009 to provide masterplanning services to set out options for Group Lotus to expand in order to meet their 5-year business plan. This required the team to have a full understanding of Lotus’ requirements but also the constraints directly associated with the site and the existing business processes. Having agreed a masterplan, Feilden+Mawson were retained to deliver the scheme as Lead Consultant. This has resulted in achieving planning permissions for multiple buildings and, where required, fast tracking production information to meet Lotus’ timetable.
