Valley End - 7 houses Fearnley Lott Architects was approached by the developer client to maximise the site that they had purchased. The previous planning was for 3 units on the site, but by redesigning the site, we managed to create 7 dwellings. Valley End will be a new development of 7 houses, ranging in size between 3 – 4 bedrooms. The development is on a very tricky site, which is steep. The design takes advantage in the varied topography, designed the dwellings over 3 levels to maximise the site. The dwellings will all be accessed from the middle floor, which will be the principle living accommodation. The design is simple yet contemporary in style.
