This project comprised the refurbishment of a large 'Brutalist' office building constructed in the 1970s. Work included major internal alterations at every level from sub-basement to the construction of a new top floor containing private club facilities and a roof top swimming pool. Approval for the top floor works had previously been obtained by another practice. Our work involved liasion with the Client's in-house team to acheive Building Regulation approval for the internal alterations and constuction of new steel cladding. The building includes office occupation, display and exhibition space and a private members club.
