Following receipt of planning consent Falconer Chester Hall were brought on board to deliver this scheme for X1 Developments comprising of over 1,000 apartments at Salford Quays, adjacent to Media City. The developer needed confidence in their delivery partners and our experience with PRS schemes, combined with a track record of delivering on time and on budget fitted the bill. A unitised facade solution has been selected to shorten the construction period, there is a basement car park, ground floor retail and communal amenity spaces.
