A proposed refurbishment and alteration works to the existing buildings known at The Wellington Block, Covent Garden. Comprising of 7 buildings of varying character, the majority are currently vacant and uninhabitable, the refurbishment will provide a 189 bed hotel, with the concept of hotel being very different; an exciting marriage of residential living and a traditional hotel with a focus on guest experience . Our design is of the highest quality and the heritage assets form part of the city block in a sensitive manner. The ethos of the hotel is inclusive not exclusive, aiming to become a mainstream cornerstone of the neighbourhood. It will make facilities available to the local community. And will aim to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
