Wolds View is a hilltop dwelling situated close to the market town of Louth. Its position in the rolling upland chalklands of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) gives the home expansive views across the countryside to the east coast. The site's natural contours are utilised to reduce the house's elevational height within the AONB and protect it from the prevailing winds. Dividing the dwelling into three interconnected elements visually reduces the structure's mass within the landscape whilst creating opportunities for multi-aspect vistas from within the home.
