The basement is dedicated to wellness and recovery, with a fully equipped gym, altitude chamber, massage beds, strapping area, doctor’s surgery and a hydrotherapy spa with both hot and cold pools for recovery. Circadian rhythm strategy was implemented so that general lighting replicates natural daylight by automatically changing from cool to warm temperature light throughout a 24-hour cycle.
