The existing bungalow sits on the edge of a hill overlooking Llandudno and the Great Orme. We have maintained a bungalow character, but raised the roof and incorporated flat roof dormers to improve the head-height in the loft. A new balcony above the sun-room leads out from the master bedroom. The internal layout has been re-organised to improve the flow between spaces and to suit the clients lifestyle.
