This detached three bedroom house in Llanfaes is modular timber frame construction. The structural insulated timber frame panels were built off-site, delivered to site in sections and put together within a few days. The material palette is modest and uses locally sourced materials such as timber, slate and stone to connect the building with the surrounding landscape.
