Pentrans is a new build, four bedroom house, overlooking stunning views the Menai Strait, with Llanddona beach a stones throw away. We designed a contemporary building, using traditional materials, with a high level of thermal performance. Dormers on the principal elevation were a requirement, so that the building fitted in with the vernacular architecture. A glazed door in each dormer leads out onto the balcony. The craftsmanship of the stonework detailing has been stunningly executed by the building contractor.
