Bryn Afon new build is a detached three bedroom house in Ty Croes. It is modular timber frame construction that will be the first accredited Passive House Premium project in Wales, which means it generates far more energy than it uses. It does this using a large photovoltaic array, ground source heat pumps and by being well insulated and achieving a high standard of airtightness in construction.
